Selection process

Our care assistants are carefully interviewed, have two professional references obtained
( one being from their last employer) and are subject to Criminal Record Bureau and POVA checks.

All temporary staff need valid work permits and will need to complete a medical questionnaire to our satisfaction ( or must obtain a medical certificate from their GP)

Applicants must have

  • Valid work permits and I.D.
  • Registered and signed a contract 
  • Signed both a Confidentially and Health & Safety agreement 
  • Relevant training & Experience 
  • At least two written references 
  • Satisfactory enhanced & POVA checks disclosures with the CRB
  • Full information on the job specification 
  • Briefing on our policies and legislation 
  • Completed a medical questionnaire 
  • Basic training in Back Care and Manual Handling, Food Hygiene,Abuse, Health and Safety and Basic First Aid
  • Prospects ID badges for all assignments

We monitor client feedback to ensure that you are satisfied with our services and that the right quality of staff have been assigned to your organisation. We welcome feedback whether these are compliments, complaints or suggestions for ways of doing things better.

We monitor temporary staff performance both by regular site visits, appraisals and the feedback received from our clients.
